Bee Bee Q French Bread Pizza

Me and my little family love pizza! We are constantly trying new pies and toppings and crusts. So I decided a couple of weeks ago to make my own version of French Bread Pizza!

Molly's Bee Bee Q French Bread Pizza

Loaf of French bread

Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce aka Bee Bee Q sauce

Pepperoni

Shredded Chicken (cooked)

Mozzarella Cheese Shredded

Chopped Pineapple

Black Olives

Chopped Bacon (cooked)

Ok so take your French bread and slice it in half, then slice it open like you are going to make a sandwich. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Place French bread on a baking pan and spread the BBQ sauce evenly on top. Then layer with pepperoni, shredded chicken, Mozzarella cheese, chopped pineapple, black olives and bacon. It's best to either precook your chicken and bacon or buy it precooked, which ever suits your family. Then place in oven until cheese and bread are toasty. Enjoy with sweet tea over ice and your sweet family!

P.S The story of Bee Bee Q is from my baby sister Elizabeth, she could not say barbeque so instead she would say "bee bee Q"! Now I say it all the time from saying and learning it from her.
