Christmas Grits... oh they are the best! I made them yesterday to help me and my cold, but I feel a little better today!
Christmas Grits
3 tablespoons of quick grits
dash of salt
sharp cheddar and mozzarella cheese grated
pepper to taste
butter to taste
sprinkling of nutmeg
1 cup of water
2 tablespoons of cream
Bring water to boil and add your 3 tablespoons of grits and salt. Let cook for a few minutes and then place cooked grits in a bowl. Now add your butter,pepper and nutmeg to taste. Then stir in your 2 tablespoons of cream. Now stir in your sharp cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
