Toasted Pumpkin Seeds
Cut your pumpkin and scoop out all of the slimy pumpkin guts into a big bowl. Separate the seeds and place them in a bowl as well. Throw out the slimy stuff! Rinse your seeds off and let dry for a few minutes. Preheat oven to 250 degrees and place wax paper on a oven sheet. Spread out your seeds on the oven sheet and sprinkle with sunflower oil and salt. Bake until toasty!
