Poppy Seed Pork Chops

Poppy Seed Pork Chops
You need 2 to 4 pork chops
2 to 4 tablespoons of poppy seed dressing
chopped purple onion
bread crumbs
Wash your pork chops and place in a baking dish. Then chop up your purple onion finely, then place on and around the pork chops in your baking dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top of your pork chops. Then drizzle poppy seed dressing over top of the pork chops. Bake at 350 degrees until tender. I serve mine with a baked potato and salad.

I've got a poppy seed chop on the grill right now. Never tried poppy seed dressing on a pork chop before and ended up here after a google search. Sounded good and wanted to make sure I wasn't completly insane trying this... I'll try out your recipe soon. Thanks...
