39 squares and a Bee Bee Q recipe

Ice cream ice cream we all scream for ice scream! I am totally loving this project! I am in a embroidered button swap and I am getting so many ideas and inspirations! Amy thanks for hosting this!!
Bee Bee Q Chicken with Cheese and Salsa
You will need 2 to 3 chicken breasts
few tablespoons of salsa
few tablespoons of BBQ sauce
grated cheese
seasonings
Ok so preheat your oven to 350 degrees and wash off your chicken. Now place your chicken in your dish and dash with a little bit of seasonings and drizzle your BBQ sauce over top and let marinate for about an hour in the fridge. After an hour of marinating drizzle salsa over your chicken and sprinkle grated cheese over the top. Bake for about 30 to 45 minutes or until chicken is done. Your cheese will be crusty when baked but it will be oh so good!
A little history about why we say "Bee Bee Q" instead of Barbecue. My little sister Elizabeth, you can her beautiful self in my header, she is deaf and has two cochlear implants. There are some words that she can not pronounce, barbecue is one of them. She is really good about sounding out words, so when she saw the abbreviation for barbecue (BBQ) Bee Bee Q was born. I love hearing her say this and I have even caught myself saying it. When we go to our favorite Bee Bee Q joint Hog Heaven, I often say "can I have the Bee Bee Q plate with...". I just get a funny look but if they knew they story as to why I say that I'm sure they would love it too!
Happy Wednesday!

P.S Hopefully I will have a update on my good friend Larry from church. He is still in ICU and waiting on a heart transplant but he has improved in the past week. Hopefully more good news tonight!
