Oh just look at that baby's face, so cute and loving. I promise to have new pictures soon because I have been looking in my files and I have no new pictures of me and my family and I know your sick of seeing repeats :)Here is a new recipe I am trying tonight, I call it Cheesy Chicken Salsa!
You need:
2 chicken breasts
handful of cheese
couple spoonfuls of salsa
1 cup of rice or whatever suits your family
OK so cook your rice and lay in a casserole dish. Then add your chicken breasts on top and layer with salsa and cheese. Bake for about 25 minutes at 350 degrees. I like to serve dishes like this with either toast or a salad.
