Autumn table and recipe swap

My table is little but I think it's cute.....
The little woman that you see there is made out of corn husks and the apron is vintage, late 1950's.
I made the cornucopia last fall and loved it. The bow on top is from a gift from our wedding, I like to intertwine things from the past and now.

My favorite recipe would have to be, Buttermilk Custard Pie, my granny used to make it and I love it.
All you need is: 5 eggs, 3 cups of sugar, 1 cup buttermilk, 4 tablespoons of flour, 2 sticks of butter, 1 tablespoon vanilla and 3 pie shells.
Beat eggs and sugar together. Add flour. Add all other ingredients. Then pour into pie shells and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 60 minutes or until golden.
I hope you all enjoy it as much as I do!!
Until I blog again ~ Gal Molly

Thanks for your post Molly. Kids are so very special, aren't they? I'm so glad you have nieces and nephews to share those "artful" moments with. Loving your posts too. Keep up the great blogging girlfriend!
